研究简介
从事单细胞组学和生物大分子结构模拟的计算生物学研究,聚焦呼吸疾病免疫原理、mRNA疫苗设计等。将人工智能、大数据等与生物医学研究深度结合,研发新的计算理论与算法来解决生物医学问题。单细胞组学方面,参与人类细胞图谱计划和单细胞表达图谱项目,主导研发多个领域内的核心算法,并曾作为欧洲研究基金单细胞组学方向的评委。生物大分子结构模拟方面,十多年来作为全球RNA三维结构预测比赛负责人主持该项目,制定了领域的评价规则。发表论文50余篇,第一或通讯作者论文20余篇,包括Nature Methods(2篇),Nature Neurosciences,Nature Communications,Nature Protocols,Genome Biology, NAR(5篇)等,引用超过6000次。
