景乃禾研究员

研究简介
长期从事哺乳动物早期胚胎发育的分子机制研究。通过建立小鼠早期胚胎空间转录组技术(Geo-seq),该课题组成功构建了小鼠早期胚胎的时空转录组图谱,揭示了原肠运动过程中三胚层发育分化的细胞谱系。景乃禾研究员在中枢神经系统发育及阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)非人灵长类动物模型的建立方面取得了重要进展,其中“BMP信号在中枢神经系统发育中的作用机制研究”获得2014年度上海市自然科学一等奖。景乃禾研究员因在早期胚胎发育领域的突出贡献,荣获2019年度中国细胞生物学学会干细胞生物学分会“干细胞研究创新奖”,成果入选2019年度中国生命科学十大进展。景乃禾研究员在广州实验室的主要研究方向为:呼吸系统发育机制及衰老对呼吸系统疾病的影响。
