胡苹研究员
研究简介
长期从事组织干细胞及其再生医学应用的研究,在Mol Cell、Dev Cell、EMBO J、Nature Commun、Genes & Dev、Cell Research等国际知名期刊发表研究论文50余篇,参与编写专著7部。揭示包括免疫细胞、代谢因子在内的多种微环境成分对组织干细胞、再生及衰老的调控机制,通过模拟体内微环境,在国际上率先建立功能性组织干细胞体外长期扩增系统。申请国家发明专利12项,其中已授权8项,授权国际专利4项。曾担任科技部重点基础研究计划负责人和中国科学院战略先导专项攻关团队负责人。在国际上率先进行父源干细胞治疗DMD的临床试验,证实组织干细胞临床应用的安全性与有效性。担任国际干细胞协会(International Society of Stem Cell Research, ISSCR)教育委员会委员、中国细胞生物学学会细胞治疗分会委员、中华医学会衰老分会理事等。
